Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund of training:

• 50% of the total amount will be retained for any cancellation made 48 hours or more before the training 
• No refund will be made in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled training date

Rescheduling :

• If you need to postpone the training, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date. No training deferral or refund will be accepted after this time.

• We encourage our clients to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule a training session. A new training date will be assigned according to the availability of the parties.

Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Procedure:

1. To cancel or postpone a training, please contact us by phone or email.
2. In case of cancellation, the refund ( if applicable) will be made as soon as possible according to the original payment method.
